Brandenburg Team is a recruitment and employment consultancy agency with a legal presence in Uzbekistan.

We assist two parties in solving their problems constructively for both. We assist Eastern and Central European companies in accessing the workforce market outside Europe.

We take responsibility of searching and selecting candidates for employers who are suffering from a shortage of workforce in spheres such as construction, manufacturing, agriculture, animal farms, logistics, metal processing, wood processing, hospitality, etc.

At the same time, for people who are searching for jobs or who are looking to improve their workplace, we take the role of employment consultancy, informing them, guiding them, and assisting them until they begin their new employment in a European country. To date, during our activity in this sphere since 2019, we have overseen the successful employment of over 600 people in various Eastern European countries, and countless others benefited from our visa application services.
